Bespoke timber flooring made around your vision

Harlequin brings together Priory Hardwoods’ most individual flooring options, combining different timbers, colours, patterns, textures and hand-finishing techniques to create a genuinely distinctive floor.

OVERVIEW

Where timber flooring

becomes truly bespoke

The Harlequin Collection is designed for projects where a standard flooring specification does not quite achieve the required look.

Rather than representing one fixed construction or format, Harlequin brings together an evolving selection of timbers, stains, colours and surface finishes that can be applied across Priory’s flooring ranges. This includes plank flooring, wood blocks and decorative formats such as Hungarian point.

The timber can be enhanced through specialist processes including distressing, flaming, fuming and hand scraping. Once the desired character has been achieved, the surface is protected using either a commercial-grade lacquer or hardwax oil.

Suitable for:
Residential, hospitality and commercial projects seeking a distinctive floor developed around a specific interior, colour palette or design brief.

Created to complement

your interior

Harlequin offers the freedom to develop a floor around the colours, materials and character of the wider space.

Begin with an existing Priory colour or ask the team to develop a bespoke stain matched to a particular sample, finish or interior scheme. Surface treatments can then be used to change the appearance and feel of the timber, from subtle brushed grain to heavily distressed, flamed or hand-worked finishes.

Different colours and treatments can also be combined within decorative patterns, allowing individual blocks, borders or sections of flooring to be used to create a more distinctive design.
