Engineered parquet flooring with traditional character
Wastwater combines the visual appeal of traditional wood block flooring with the stability and flexibility of an engineered construction, making it suitable for underfloor heating and projects where floor height is an important consideration.
The Wastwater Collection is the engineered counterpart to Priory’s solid Loweswater range. It offers the character and design possibilities of traditional wood block flooring while providing the additional stability associated with an engineered construction.
Blocks are available in lengths from 280mm to 600mm and can be laid in a variety of patterns, including herringbone, double herringbone, basket weave, brick bond and ladder. The collection also includes angled chevron designs, providing further scope for more decorative or contemporary layouts.
Wastwater is particularly suited to projects involving underfloor heating or where overall floor height needs to be carefully managed. Exceptionally hard-wearing end-grain pavers are also available in solid or engineered formats and in a choice of timber species, with oak remaining the most popular option.

Wastwater can be personalised through the choice of timber species, grade, pattern, colour and surface treatment.
Choose a smooth or lightly brushed finish for a more refined appearance, or introduce greater depth through flaming, bandsawing, distressing and worn textures. The finished blocks can then be arranged in a classic parquet layout or a more contemporary chevron design.
